Due to the current situation of coronavirus cases, we aim to do our best within the company to ensure the safety of all our employees and customers as well as ensure delivery and service reliability. We have begun to work remotely where possible, and cancelled all business trips, events and house exhibitions. Any agreed meetings shall, in principle, be carried out as video conferences. We have updated our operating model in such a way that we have minimised contact between people at our factory, such as in connection with shift changeovers. With these operations, we aim to prevent the spreading of the virus in our work community as well as among our customers and partners. Despite all this, we aim to continue our operations in a normal manner.
Delivery times
Despite the prevailing situation, Kuusamo Log Houses’ deliveries are currently proceeding in accordance with agreed schedules. Design and production as well as our subcontracting chains shall operate according to original schedules and plans. We shall inform you as soon as possible if we are made aware of anything concerning the reliability of deliveries.
