The CE marking for construction products became mandatory in Finland and other EU countries on 1 July 2013 for those construction products for which a harmonised standard enabling CE marking exists. Kuusamo Log Houses Oy has been granted European Technical Approvals ETA-13/0294 and ETA-11/0207, which authorise the use of the CE marking on Kuusamo Log Houses products.

Kuusamo Log Houses’ Finland’s Strongest certificate is the highest possible: Platinum. The Finland’s Strongest Platinum certificate is awarded to a company whose credit rating has been in the highest category (AA+ or AAA) for at least three consecutive years. The Platinum rating serves as a mark of long-term, reliable and profitable business operations.

The Finland’s Strongest certificate tells customers, partners, lenders and other stakeholders that cooperation with the company is on a sustainable footing. The Finland’s Strongest certificate is awarded only to the very best companies that have met the strict criteria for certification and achieved a high Rating Alfa credit rating. A company may be eligible for the Finland’s Strongest Platinum, Gold or Silver certificate level.

An AA rating indicates a company’s stable financial position, positive background and good payment history. Kuusamo Log Houses has held the highest credit rating for several years, which demonstrates long-term and responsible operations.
