The Helmi 119 model is a classic example of an open-plan layout: the living areas are in the centre of the house, with large, open windows on both walls! As a result, light flows in uninterrupted. The ceiling in the living areas is also raised right up to the top, creating a great sense of space.
Floor plan
This detached house, measuring less than 120 square metres, has three bedrooms. A hinged or sliding door can also be fitted between the hallway and the living room if you wish to separate the space.
The fireplace brings warmth to the centre of the room. The double doors in the living room provide a wide opening onto the terrace.
