The Hippu 154 model is said to be a space-efficient design. It has been designed to fit even on the most compact urban plots. Both upstairs bedrooms have access to a balcony. There is also a carport for one car at the side of the house, as well as a spacious outdoor storage area.

The ground floor serves as a communal area. The living room, kitchen and dining area are all in the same open-plan space.
