The Sulka 150 model was developed based on a customer project. One intriguing detail immediately caught our eye: a dedicated sauna area, which is rarely seen in detached houses. At the front of the house, the kitchen, dining area and living room form a single open-plan space. The bedrooms and utility room are situated along the rear wall.
