Archipelago atmosphere with French influences
The homeowners share two great passions: the sea and French-inspired style. Both come together beautifully in this log-built exhibition home on a waterfront plot.
The starting point for the design was an archipelago-inspired two-storey home with grid windows and an elegant appearance from every angle. The architect’s task was to ensure that the floor plan included no wasted space — not a single unnecessary corridor or unused corner.
There was never any doubt about the structural choice. The homeowners could not imagine a better alternative than a log home. The breathable log walls were known to be ecological and exceptionally comfortable for everyday living.
