The façade, which extends forward from the centre of Kuusela, gives the building character and brings light into the living area from three different directions. The loft provides much-needed extra space. The model is also available with structures designed for winter use, as a so-called second home. A larger version of the model is also available Kuusela 88P.

The dimensions of the models can be enlarged or reduced – and the floor plan adjusted – so that the added spaces fit naturally into the overall villa design.
